Her Elemental Burst increases enemy damage taken with the Omen debuff (perfect for big nuke setups), and her Skill deals DMG and taunts enemies. While she’s most popular as a support in Freeze or Vaporize teams, she is a flexible character who can deal some solid damage with the right investment.

The equipping character can trigger this effect while off-field, and the DMG bonus from Artifact Sets with the same name do not stack.
Best teams for Mona (Normal Attack playstyle) are such that further increase her NA damage and allow her to trigger elemental reactions (Vaporize, Hyperbloom, etc.). Here are some examples:
Mona’s Burst Nuke teams focus on maximizing the damage from her Elemental Burst. Your team should include characters who either increase Mona’s damage or decrease your enemy’s resistance. It is also recommended to equip your other characters with supportive weapons (like TToDS or Elegy for the End) and supportive artifacts (like Nobless Oblige or Viridescent Venerer).
To deal the highest damage possible, you need to trigger the Vaporize reaction.
Mona is most impactful in teams that leverage her Burst to amplify damage and her Skill for additional off-field Hydro application. You can slot her in many different teams.
