Yelan is a 5-star Hydro bow character best used as an off-field Sub-DPS, relying on her Elemental Burst to deal most of her damage. While her Skill offers mobility and occasional damage, the recommended playstyle is to swap her out immediately after casting her Burst to let the main carry take over. She scales entirely off HP, making her a bit easier to build.

“Millennial Movement: Farewell Song” increases Elemental Mastery by 100% (125%, 150%, 175%, 200%) and increases ATK by 20% (25%, 30%, 35%, 40%). Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s.

Yelan’s best teams feature a Normal Attack-focused DPS (like Arlecchino, Wriothesley, Cyno etc.), who can trigger her coordinated Burst attacks. Adding a second Hydro unit, such as Xingqiu, activates the Hydro Resonance for bonus HP and helps lower her ER requirements a bit. She fits well into Vaporize, Freeze, and Electro-Charged comps.
