Weapon's effect
Increases ATK by 20% (25%, 30%, 35%, 40%). When characters in your party obtain Elemental Shards from Crystalize reactions, the equipping character will gain 1 Seal, increasing Elemental Skill DMG by 18% (22.5%, 27%, 31.5%, 36%). The Seal lasts for 15s, and the equipped may have up to 2 Seals at once. All of the equipper’s Seals will disappear 0.2s after their Elemental Skill deals DMG.

The best in slot character for the Verdict is Navia, as it is her signature weapon.
Thanks to its pretty good main stats and the additional ATK% % bonus, it is a solid weapon for a lot of Claymore characters like Diluc, Mavuika, DPS Dehya, Kinich, DPS Noelle, and others.
Don’t forget to include a Geo character in your team to trigger the Crystalize elemental reaction and maximize your DMG output.
