The weapon’s passive, “Gokadaiou Otogibanashi,” significantly increases DEF and provides a Normal and Charged Attack DMG Bonus that scales with DEF. This makes it ideal for characters who primarily deal damage through Normal and Charged Attacks and whose abilities scale with DEF, such as Noelle.
Sadly, because of its specific passive tied to DEF scaling, other Claymore users can benefit primarily from its great stats (high Base ATK and a massive CRIT DMG sub-stat). It’s a decent option for characters like Diluc or Eula if you need raw CRIT DMG, though they might not fully utilize the passive.
