The best-in-slot character for this weapon is Yae Miko, as it is her signature catalyst.
The weapon’s passive, “Kagura Dance,” grants Elemental Skill DMG bonuses after using an Elemental Skill, and an Elemental DMG Bonus when max stacks are reached. This makes it ideal for characters who frequently use their Elemental Skill and rely on it for damage, such as Varesa or Lisa.
Sadly, because of its specific passive tied to Elemental Skill usage, other catalyst users can benefit primarily from its great stats (high Base ATK and CRIT DMG sub-stat). It’s a decent option for characters like Shikanoin Heizou or Ningguang if you need raw CRIT DMG and ATK, though they might not fully utilize the passive.
