Weapon's effect
Healing Bonus increased by 10% (12.5%, 15%, 17.5%, 20%), Normal Attack DMG is increased by 1 of the Max HP of the character equipping this weapon. For 12s after using an Elemental Burst, Normal Attacks that hit opponents will restore 0.6 Energy. Energy can be restored this way once every 0.1s.
Best for characters
Everlasting Moonglow is the best-in-slot weapon for Sangonomiya Kokomi, as it is her signature Catalyst.
The weapon’s passive significantly increases Healing Bonus and converts a portion of the wielder’s Max HP into Normal Attack DMG. It also provides Energy restoration after using an Elemental Burst. This makes it an ideal choice for Catalyst characters whose kits scale with HP and prioritize healing and Energy generation, such as Barbara.
While its niche passive benefits specific healers, its good stats (high Base ATK and a massive HP% sub-stat) can still make it a decent option for other Catalyst characters who scale with HP or benefit from a large HP pool.
