Weapon's effect
Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 12% (15%, 18%, 21%, 24%). After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar will be gained for 12s. When 1/2/3/4 stacks of Ashen Nightstar are present, ATK is increased by 10% (12.5%, 15%, 17.5%, 20%)/20% (25%, 30%, 35%, 40%)/30% (37.5%, 45%, 52.5%, 60%)/48% (60%, 72%, 84%, 96%). The stack of Ashen Nightstar created by the Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst will be counted independently of the others.
Best for characters
Polar Star is the best-in-slot weapon for Tartaglia, as it’s his signature Bow. It’s designed to significantly boost his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst damage.
The weapon’s passive, “Sacrificial Embrace”, makes it a fantastic choice for characters who constantly use all parts of their kit to deal damage, such as Chascaor Tighnari.
Due to its specific passive that rewards varied attack methods, other Bow users might not fully utilize its potential. However, its excellent stats (high Base ATK and a CRIT Rate) still make it solid option for other bow characters.
