Weapon's effect
Obtain 12% (15%, 18%, 21%, 24%) All Elemental DMG Bonus. When other nearby party members use Elemental Skills, the character equipping this weapon will gain 1 Wavespike stack. Max 2 stacks. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3s. When the character equipping this weapon uses an Elemental Skill, all stacks of Wavespike will be consumed to gain Rippling Upheaval: each stack of Wavespike consumed will increase Normal Attack DMG by 20% (25%, 30%, 35%, 40%) for 8s.

The best-in-slot character for this weapon is Kamisato Ayato, as it is his signature sword.
The weapon’s passive, “Hearthshadow,” greatly enhances Normal Attack DMG after the wielder uses an Elemental Skill and gains stacks. This makes it ideal for characters who frequently use their Elemental Skill and then follow up with Normal Attacks, such as Alhaitham or Keqing.
Sadly, because of its specific passive tied to Normal Attack enhancements after Elemental Skill usage, other sword users can benefit primarily from its great stats (high Base ATK and CRIT Rate sub-stat). It’s a decent option for characters like Lynette or Kaeya if you need raw CRIT Rate and ATK, though they might not fully utilize the passive.
