Weapon's effect
Increases Shield Strength by 20% (25%, 30%, 35%, 40%). Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4% (5%, 6%, 7%, 8%) for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.
Best for characters
Its passive effect makes it an ideal choice for Sword characters who are consistently protected by any form of shield, as it significantly increases their ATK and shield strength.
To be completely honest, while its stats (high Base ATK and a substantial ATK% sub-stat) are good, the weapon’s heavy reliance on having a shield active for its full potential makes it quite niche.
